Shipping Policy
Is there a minimum order value?
No, we do not have a minimum order value.

Where does TFBC deliver to?
We deliver Australia wide. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

What shipping charge will apply to my order?
Your shipping charge will be calculated once your shipping address has been entered. These rates may change from time to time. On occasion, we may also have promotions where we offer additional discounts on shipping. Postage costs vary by weight and/or cubic metre, and delivery location.

What does the shipping charge cover?
Shipping costs includes more than just the cost of postage. Costs include order processing and stock receiving, pick and pack, packaging materials, and postage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
TFBC is committed to your satisfaction, we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We aim to send your parcel within 2 business days of payment being received.
Please take every effort to include the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Delivery times are highly dependent on your location and local transport services in your local area.
PARCEL SERVICE STANDARDS – ESTIMATES ONLY (AUSTRALIA)
When it comes to sending your parcels with Australia Post, they aim to deliver your items within 1-5 working days. We encourage you to check with your local post office to confirm regular parcel delivery times.

Delivery
If you are not home for your TFBC delivery, Australia Post are instructed to leave your delivery in a safe place, otherwise you will receive a note informing you where you can collect your parcel from. Australia Post will hold your parcel for 10 days, TFBC are not obliged to resend your order at our expense should the parcel not be collected from Australia Post within the advised timeframe.
Return & Exchange Policy
We’re not happy until you are!
TFBC is committed to you, our customer, and we want you to be happy with your TFBC experience. If for any reason you are not happy, please email info@timmeringfbc.com.au. You will be contacted within 5 business days in order to find a solution to your problem.
What if I change my mind, can I get a refund?
Due to the high cost of postage, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or product exchange if you change your mind about your purchase or you decide the product you ordered is no longer suitable or not to your liking.
However please let us know your feedback as we would hate to lose you as a customer!

Some things can’t be helped
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or phone number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we undertake to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide prior to processing of orders.
