Caramelised Garlic Jelly info: Our garlic jelly is made from fresh garlic grown on our farm. The garlic is roasted with balsamic vinegar and combined with white wine and herbs to create a sweet and flavorful jelly that’s perfect for adding to a range of dishes. It’s vegan-friendly and contains no artificial colors or preservatives. Our jelly is made with garlic, apples, lemon thyme, and bay leaves grown on our farm. Ingredients: Apple, water, sugar, white wine, white wine vinegar, lemon, garlic (3%), lemon thyme, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, bay leaves. Allergen info: Contains sulfites. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, and gluten.
 
Beetroot Relish info: Our Beetroot Relish is ideal paired with fresh goat’s cheese. It contains a subtle spice blend to complement the rich earthy flavor of fresh beetroot. It’s vegan-friendly and contains no artificial colors or preservatives. Made with beetroot and thyme grown on our farm. Ingredients: Beetroot (42%), sugar, red wine vinegar, onion, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, coriander seed, thyme, orange zest, cloves. Allergen info: Contains sulfites. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and gluten.
 
Zucchini Relish info: Made with fresh-picked zucchinis and our own spice blend. It’s delicious on sandwiches and pairs well with aged cheddar on a cheese board. It is vegan-friendly and contains no artificial colors or preservatives. Our relish is made with zucchini grown on our farm. Ingredients: Zucchini (45%), vinegar, sugar, onion, corn flour, salt, turmeric, mustard, coriander, garlic, cumin, paprika, fenugreek, ginger,cinnamon, chili. Allergen info: Contains sulfites. May contain traces of nuts, sesame and gluten.
