Our garlic jelly is made from fresh garlic grown on our farm. The garlic is roasted with balsamic vinegar and combined with white wine and herbs to create a sweet and flavorful jelly that’s perfect for adding to a range of dishes. It’s vegan-friendly and contains no artificial colors or preservatives. Our jelly is made with garlic, apples, lemon thyme, and bay leaves grown on our farm.
